The questions we get.
Does the app cost anything?
No. Your gym subscribes to Wodloop. You download it and sign in.
How do I pay for my membership?
At the gym, as usual — cash, cheque, transfer or card at the counter, depending on what your box accepts. The app never asks for your card and stores no payment method. It simply reminds you what is left to settle.
I cancelled — is my session lost?
Cancel before the window your gym sets and the session is credited back automatically. After it, the session is used up — the window is shown on the class before you confirm.
I signed up but I can't find my gym
Search for its exact name in the gym picker. If it isn't there, it doesn't use Wodloop yet — write to us at support@wodloop.com.
Can I delete my account?
Yes, from your profile in the app, without going through us. Your data is deleted; your gym keeps the accounting history it is legally required to retain.
Mention it to your coach — or send them this page. We handle the migration from whatever they use today.
