Each cell is what the vendor's own site says, read on the date shown. The rows we lose stay in — automatic direct debit is the obvious one. A table with a full column of ticks would be marketing; this one is meant to be checked.

From the CSV your current tool exports: each member's name, email, phone, their current plan or pack and what is left on it. Past bookings and past payments stay in your old tool's export — you keep that file; we don't pretend to rebuild history we can't verify.
Any CSV with one member per row. We map the columns with you on the call; Resawod exports are handled first, others as we see them.
There is no card to enter. They pay at the gym as before; if you switch on online card, they add it in the app when they want.
Two weeks from the call to the Monday, most of it waiting for your export and the side-by-side week.
