You send the export from your current tool. We run the import as a dry run first and send you the report to check: every member, booking, payment and mandate, imported or not, and why.

The evening before, we run the final import, with the latest bookings. That morning, your members get their invitation: an email to set their password and get the app. From then on, bookings happen in Wodloop, and the old tool stays readable.
Members and billing export as CSV at any time. If you leave, you leave with it.
Every row of your export is imported or reported back to you by name — nothing is silently dropped.
You never retype a member, a booking or a payment: we import them.

Each cell is what the vendor's own site says, read on the date shown. The rows we lose stay in. A table with a full column of ticks would be marketing; this one is meant to be checked.

From the CSV your current tool exports (or a spreadsheet saved as CSV): each member's name, email, phone, their current plan or pack and what is left on it. The period they already paid your old tool for counts as paid, so nobody owes anything on day one. Their past bookings and payments come too, and so do their direct-debit mandates, so each member's history is there from the first day.
Any CSV with one member per row: your current tool's export, or a spreadsheet saved as CSV from Excel. We match its columns to ours with you on the call.
There is no card to enter. They pay at the gym as before; if you switch on online card, they add it in the app when they want. Direct-debit mandates come over with the import: members who pay that way have nothing to sign again.
Mostly the time it takes to get your export. Once we have it, we import, send you the report, and you choose the date.
