Fill your classes

The first class gets booked on your website.

A “Book a trial” link on your website or Instagram, a QR code at the front desk. Visitors book in their browser, on a computer or a phone: they pick a class, leave their details and come, without installing an app. Then Wodloop follows up until they take a plan.

The trial

A trial page in your name, open in any browser.

You pick the beginner-friendly classes and how many trials each one takes. The visitor books in two minutes from a computer or a phone, confirms by email and gets the address and what to bring. One trial per person, checked on the email and the phone number.

The link

One link for your website, one QR code for the desk.

Settings give you each link with a copy button and its QR code, as PNG or SVG to print. Put it behind a “Book a trial” button, in your Instagram bio, on the poster by the door.

The drop-in page on a phone, with the class price
The drop-in

Travellers book a single class.

A single class, booked on the web and paid by card into your Stripe account before they come, or at the desk, as you offer. You set the drop-in price class by class; members keep theirs. After the class, a thank-you mail, and your Google review link for those who rated it 4 or 5.

Prospects: the visitors to call first, then every trial and drop-in with its state
The follow-up

Follow-ups go out on their own. You call the right people.

On the evening of the trial, a one-tap rating. Three and ten days later, a short nudge if they haven't signed up, only if they agreed to it. Those who haven't answered rise to “To call”, with their number. The dashboard counts this month's trials, visits and sign-ups.

Frequently asked

Before you ask.

Does the visitor need to install the app?

No. They book on your box's web page, in their browser, on a computer or a phone. If they sign up afterwards, their account opens in the app with their bookings.

Can the same visitor take trial after trial?

No: one trial per person per box, checked on the email and the phone number. You can grant another one from the prospects list.

What if the class is full?

You choose how many trials a class takes, and how many may go past capacity if you are betting on last-minute cancellations.

Who is responsible for the visitor's data?

Your box; Wodloop processes it on your behalf. Marketing follow-ups only go out with the visitor's consent, and they unsubscribe in one click.
