Create a class once and it runs every week. Closures and one-off sessions sit on the grid, full classes take a waitlist, and a class that won't fill cancels itself before the coach drives in.
A class is a rule — Monday to Friday, 06:30, 16 places — not a copy-paste. Change the rule and every future session follows. Closures, holidays and a one-off Saturday sit on top without breaking it.
Members book from the app until the class is full, then join the waitlist. When someone cancels in time, the next athlete is notified and gets the spot — and their credit only moves when it is theirs.
Set a minimum and a deadline per box. A session under the minimum is flagged AT RISK in the app — members see how many more are needed — and cancels automatically at the deadline, before the coach drives in. Everyone booked is told.
That is a plan rule. Set the daily and weekly limits on the plan and Wodloop enforces them at booking time.
The first athlete on the waitlist is notified and gets the spot. If they don't confirm, the next one is asked.
Yes — a closure sits on the schedule for a date range; the recurring classes are hidden for those days and come back on their own.
Two questions and your number. We create your gym, import what you already have, and walk you through the back-office over video. Fifteen days to decide, no card.
