If you subscribe, nothing changes. If you don't, your box switches to read-only: you can still look at everything, nobody can book. Your data is kept for 90 days, then deleted. Subscribing during those 90 days reactivates the box exactly as you left it.
The first 20 boxes to subscribe pay €80 excl. VAT a month, or €800 excl. VAT a year, and keep that price for as long as they stay subscribed, monthly or yearly, even if they switch plans. The price can be revised once a year. After the launch, the price goes up to €120 excl. VAT a month (€1,200 excl. VAT a year). The offer ends on June 30, 2027 at the latest. A box that started its trial during the offer keeps the launch price if it subscribes afterwards.

One subscription per box, at the same price. You add the second one yourself from the back-office (+ Add a facility, in the box switcher), with its own schedule and its own 15-day trial. Your members find both boxes in the app, and a plan can be valid at both.
None from Wodloop. SEPA direct debits through your bank's file cost only what your bank charges you. Through your Stripe account, direct debits and online card payments carry Stripe's own fees, on your Stripe account.
By bank transfer, once the trial ends: every month, or once a year on the yearly plan.
