Your box goes read-only — you can see everything, nobody can book. Data is kept 90 days, then deleted. Subscribe within those 90 days and the box reactivates as it was.
No. Sign up with your email, confirm it, name your box, and the fifteen days start: no card, no call needed. Rather talk first? Leave your number and we call you back.
Each box is a subscription at the same price, and you add the next one yourself from the back-office (+ Add a facility). Your plans can be valid at every box. For a group of several boxes, write to hello@wodloop.com.
No. Members pay at the gym — cash, cheque, transfer, card at the counter — and you tick it off, or by SEPA direct debit, through your bank or your Stripe account. Online card payment through Stripe is an option you can switch on, never a requirement.
No. The subscription is the only thing you pay us. SEPA direct debits go through your own bank's file, or through your own Stripe account at Stripe's fees, like online card payments.
Yes, two ways. Through your bank's SEPA file, at your bank's rates: members sign a mandate in the app or on paper at the desk; each month Wodloop sends them their notice and prepares the file you upload to your bank. Or automatically through your Stripe account, at Stripe's fees: members sign on Stripe's secure page, opened from the app, and each debit is sent and followed up without you. Either way the money comes to you, and a returned debit puts the member back on what they owe.
Yes, for every paid session or membership, with your company details, downloadable by you and by the member.
No. You add a name and an email; the member installs the app and claims the record with that email.
Yes, on iOS and Android. The box holds the subscription.
Yes — the day's WOD as the coach wrote it, timers, results and personal records, and the leaderboard.
You book for them from the back-office; the roster and the billing work the same.

Wodloop is the processor, your box the controller. The privacy policy and the terms set out what is kept and for how long: a member who closes their account is anonymised straight away, and a box that stops subscribing has its data deleted 90 days later.
Yes: members, their current membership or pack, their past bookings and payments, and their direct-debit mandates, from your current tool's export.
Mostly the time it takes to get your export. Then we import everything and you choose the date.
Two questions and your number. We call you within one working day, import what you already have and walk you through the back-office over video. Fifteen days to decide, no card.
