Switching your box software: send us your export, we take care of the rest

You are on Resawod, Peppy, Deciplus or an Excel file, and the thought of typing everything in again is enough to put the move off. You don’t have to retype anything: send us your export, we take care of the rest.

Your export

We start from the file your current tool exports. Any CSV with one member per line works, including an Excel sheet saved as CSV.

On a call, we match its columns to ours with you. We take everything: your members with their name, email and phone, their current membership or pack and what is left on it, their past bookings and payments, and their direct-debit mandates.

A dry run first

We run the import once without saving anything. You get the report: every member, booking, payment and mandate, imported or not, and why. You fix what needs fixing.

The period already paid in your old tool counts as paid. Nobody owes anything on day one.

We get everything ready

We set up the schedule, the plans and the coaches with you. Your members’ invitations are ready to go. You can already look around the back-office with your real data.

On the day you choose

The evening before, we run the final import, with the latest bookings. That morning, your members get their invitation: an email to set their password and get the app. They find their membership, their past sessions and their upcoming bookings.

Members who paid by direct debit have nothing to redo: their mandate comes over with the import. The old tool stays readable if you want to check something there.

How long it takes

Mostly the time it takes to get your export. Once we have it, we import, send you the report, and you choose the date.

With us, your members and billing export as CSV at any time, from the back-office. If you ever leave, you take them with you.
