Trials and drop-ins: the first class gets booked on your website
A link and a QR code in your name. Visitors book a trial or a drop-in in their browser, no app needed, and Wodloop follows up until they join.
A box’s most valuable future member is the person asking for a trial class. The next one is the traveller who wants a single session. Ask either of them to install an app before their first class and you lose half of them. Wodloop now gives them a page in your name, on the web.
A link and a QR code
In your box’s settings, turn trials and drop-ins on. You get two links, each with a copy button and a QR code to print, as PNG or SVG. Put them behind a “Book a trial” button on your website, in your Instagram bio, on the poster by the door.
Visitors open the page in their browser, on a computer or a phone. They pick a day and a class, leave their details and confirm with one click in the email they receive, which also gives them the address and what to bring.
You stay in control
- You choose the beginner-friendly classes, and how many trials each class takes, so no class fills up with first-timers.
- If you are betting on last-minute cancellations, you can let one or two trials past a full class.
- One trial per person per box, checked on the email and the phone number. You can grant another one.
- A drop-in is paid by card online, into your Stripe account, before they come, or at the desk, as you offer. You set its price class by class; members keep theirs.
Follow-ups without thinking about it
On the evening of the class, the visitor gets a one-tap rating. Three and ten days later, if they haven’t signed up, a short nudge, only if they agreed to your emails. A traveller gets a thank-you, and your Google review link if they rated it 4 or 5.
In the back-office, the Prospects list shows every trial and drop-in with its state. At the top, the people to call: they came or missed it three or more days ago, haven’t been heard from since, and agreed to a call. The dashboard counts the month’s trials, visits and sign-ups.
Who is responsible for the data
Your box. Wodloop processes it on your behalf. Marketing follow-ups only go out with the visitor’s consent, and they unsubscribe in one click.
